In-house training programs are specific to one company or organization. They can be scheduled to fit a defined time window and may involve some customization to ensure a client's specific learning objectives are met. Any of the following ACM training courses can be provided "in-house". In addition to the schedule of public classes offered at the Institute of Hazard Prevention, ACM Facility Safety™ offers a private course program, which offers a more cost effective solution for companies who would like to send ten or more employees to a specific course.
These courses can be held either at ACM or at an alternative convenient location, which can result in considerable savings in time, travel and accommodation costs for your company.
In addition, private courses involve discussion of company problems and challenges that are relevant to the course in complete confidentiality. Training courses are designed to increase staff motivation and team building within departments. During the course, participants will be able to look at their work problems from a distance and put them into perspective so they can re-examine their objectives and to come up with creative solutions to existing challenges.
